| A dozen Roses for you. One Rose for a special one. Two Roses, for two are better than one. Three Roses, one for God, one for Jesus, and one for the Holy Spirit. Four Roses, one for each season. Five Roses, for the five days a week you have to work. Six Roses, for the first six days of creation. Seven Roses, for on the seventh day God rested. Eight Roses, for the eight hours a day we have to be apart. Nine Roses, for the nine times I have wished I was there today. Ten Roses, because you are a “Ten” to me. Eleven roses, for the eleven faithful Apostles that followed Jesus. And the Twelfth Rose, from me just to make it complete. |
