| Still Here I rise with the sunshine, the mercy of the Lord on my mind, thank God for grace and peace, as my feet hit the ground, and I'm still here. Unsteady are my feet, times so hard my eyes do weep, but a fresh thought and plan helps me to understand why, I'm still here. Can't be for nothing, while I'm fussing and cussing about how sorry he is. Coming up with ideas to help me make it, cause I'm still here. Prayers and praise to help me make it through the day, Holy Spirit remind me to do it Jesus' way, while I'm still here. Why am I here as the fog clears, and again more tears, cause happiness does not feel near, but I'm still here. Still here to pay these bills, tighten up on my praying skills, raise these kids and testify of how good God is, because what would the world do, if I wasn't here. By Rae Vondalynn P. |
