The simple things can make our lives worthwhile, Like holding the hands of a very small child. Giving to those whom we know are in need, Of just a little simple thing. A drink to the thirsty, a coat for the cold, Something to eat for the young or the old, A gift to the homeless to brighten their day, By sending, a little love their way. Always give love in all that you do, For, wonderful blessings will come back to you. Say a small prayer to our Father above, For someone in need to learn of His love. You will feel happiness in being a friend, To someone who's sad and feels it's the end. Your love can reach out to thousands in need, In doing just the simple things! |
